This song is about "emo's" and Slipknot's feelings towards these people. Saying how pathetic and unimportant their plights are. Whilst they moan and attention seek about everything in their lives Corey moves on, even fights back. The ideal of "fighting back" being key to Slipknot, rather than other bands that cater for the previously mentioned audience, Slipknot always have a more "deal with it" or "do something about it" approach.

"The whole world is my enemy, and im a walking target" This is a principle held by Emo's and he later says how he feels this is simply a fad and that people want to fit in.

The chorus is entirely about the band, saying that they are against these people and are possibly the only voice standing against them. It also reiterates the fact that he has had issues in his life and yet they feel the need to constantly beleaguer people with there problems.
